1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Use apply to wsp.business, operated by MSK Marketing & Trading. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must be authorized to act on its behalf.

2. The service

wsp.business provides tools for configuring WhatsApp Business Platform access and managing customer conversations. Available features depend on your configuration and third-party services. A feature shown in the interface is not a guarantee that an integration is connected or available.

Meta API verification confirms access to an account; it does not guarantee message delivery, account approval, or uninterrupted availability. Delivery information depends on events received from Meta.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and use only accounts, phone numbers, and credentials you are authorized to manage.
• Protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized use to our support contact.
• Obtain the permissions needed to contact recipients and process their information.
• Respect requests to stop communications and comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable law.

4. Prohibited use

Do not use the service for spam, fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful content, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass platform restrictions. Do not disclose another person’s private information without authorization or submit unnecessary sensitive information.

5. Customer content and privacy

You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize us to process and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you use. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of your content. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling.

6. Third-party services and charges

Meta, WhatsApp, hosting services, and any enabled commerce or AI provider operate under their own terms. Their availability, restrictions, approvals, and charges may affect your use. These terms do not create a subscription or payment commitment; any paid service must be separately agreed.

7. Availability and restrictions

We may maintain, update, or restrict the service to address operational issues, misuse, security incidents, or legal requirements. The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your information.

8. Responsibility and applicable rights

You are responsible for reviewing messages and business decisions made using the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party outages, recipient actions, or your misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
