In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, GDPR, and personal data protection regulations, users may request the deletion of all personal data, contact information, and conversation logs stored by wsp.business.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request complete deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

Via WhatsApp Message: Send a message stating "DELETE MY DATA" or "HAPUSKAN DATA SAYA" to our official business WhatsApp number (+60 11-6993 6833). Our system logs your request and queues your phone number and conversation records for permanent deletion.
Via Email: Send an email to [email protected] or [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", specifying your WhatsApp phone number in international format.

What Happens When You Request Deletion

All incoming and outgoing message records, customer display names, and conversation transcripts linked to your phone number will be permanently deleted from our primary database within 48 hours.
WooCommerce order transaction history required for statutory accounting purposes will be anonymized in accordance with applicable tax and commercial laws.
You will receive a confirmation message once data erasure is complete.
